The objective of the project is to improve the sewage treatment in Kyiv City, by developing and modernizing the facilities of the Bortnychi Sewage Treatment Plant, thereby contributing to the improvement of public health and living conditions of the citizens. Philkoei International, Inc. (PKII) provided the priced BOQ for the Architectural Building Works and Finishing (ABWF) and the Building Services (BS) to 30 buildings to be constructed under the Bortnychi Sewerage Treatment Plant Modernization Project by using the drafted cost estimate sheets and BOQ forms (total costs and work quantities fixed already).

Provide support for generating price BOQ for the following work items for 33 buildings base on the list of faculties:

a. Architectural works (finishing items)

– Finishing items

b. Civil/Sanitary works (cold/hot water supply, sewerage and drainage works)

– Cold/hot water supply;

– Sewerage and drainage work.

c. Mechanical works (ventilation system, firefighting system, mechanical equipment and workshop instruments)

– Ventilation system;

– Firefighting system including detectors and alarm;

– Elevators;

– Early emergency information system for toxic gases and harmful strain of structure (detector and alarm);

– Heating network and supply system of buildings;

– Gas and energy control system.

d. Electrical works (lighting, power supply switch gear, distribution panels, etc.)

– Switch gear, distribution panels, cable lines, breakers, outlet sockets, earth and lightning protection, etc.

e. Telecommunication systems

– Cabling network;

– Security system.
